Reporting to the Controller, the accounts receivable clerk will be mainly responsible to collect the outstanding invoices of our clients. He will be responsible to communicate and coordinate with the sales, project management and finance teams to understand the accounts and how to proceed on the collection.

**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Review invoice data accuracy and ensure compliance
- Communicate with the different departments to understand the accounts
- Contact customers to follow-up on payments and collections
- Create and / or modify invoices and send them to customers
- Resolving customer billing issues or disputes
- Participate in weekly AR meetings
- Any other administrative tasks

**General Skills**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Professional Diploma in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years' experience in an accounts receivable role
- 1 to 3 years' experience in construction
- Great knowledge of excel and accounting systems (SAGE, ERP)
- Great ability to analyze and communicate delicate information
