**Job description**:

- Day to day Accounts Receivable and Payable functions for multiple automotive shops
- Book entries for electronic payments and funds received
- Post utility bills
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements to shop software and send payment advice
- Maintain the accounting outlook inbox
- Sort and file all paperwork sent to the office from the shops

**AODA Commitment**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Organizational skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Time management: 1 year (preferred)
