Rose Hill Foods, a company (SQF and HACCP certified) established in the preparation of dry soups, sauces, seasonings, liquid sauces and marinades, is actively looking for a talented, dedicated and self-motivated individual to assist in our production line.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

Working as part of a team, the General Labourer in Production completes a number of tasks that are part of production including: physically loading and unloading mixers, inspecting product before giving it to the Warehouse Department, cleaning and washing.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Physically load and unload mixers.
- Prepare all boxes and pails needed.
- Follow the departments cleaning schedule, and make sure area is kept clean.

**Other tasks and responsibilities**
- Responsible for following all company’s rules and procedures.
- Assists on all necessary tasks or duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Language knowledge**
- Preferably bilingual (English and French/spoken and written).

**Education/experience**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role would be a strong asset.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment would be a strong asset.

**Technical and/or professional skills**:

- Work well in team.
- Able to carry out physical work. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 Kg.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Keeps a positive attitude at all times and execute tasks in a professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
