**Role Overview**
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll provide end-user and systems support while delivering exceptional customer service. Your success is measured by client satisfaction, system reliability, and your technical growth.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education**:
- BCIT or equivalent technical background.
**Skills**:
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communicator who simplifies technical concepts.
- Bonus points for expertise in:
- Networking protocols (ACLs, NAT, DHCP, DNS)
- Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policies, Hyper-V)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Programming/Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
**Characteristics**:
- Friendly, patient, and curious about solving problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve client technical issues and act as a trusted advisor.
- Create clear and useful documentation for internal and client use.
- Design scalable, automated systems to reduce help desk requests.
