**Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing**

As a **Production Print Technician**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ print operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will:

- Perform a full range of servicing, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on production print devices.
- Maintain accurate service records, manage parts inventory, and achieve KPI targets.
- Enable multifunctional devices to print and scan according to customer requirements.
- Demonstrate digital competencies required for assigned products and levels.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and provide technical support to fellow technicians.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

**What You Bring to the Table**

We’re looking for a highly motivated technician with a passion for problem-solving and customer service. Here’s what we need from you:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Production Print Equipment training and experience is required**:

- Experience with **Canon, Kyocera, and Sharp** equipment is an asset
- Familiarity with **print production and page layout software**

**Technical Skills**:

- Working knowledge of **calibration and RIP technologies**:

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal assistance
- **CompTIA Net+ certification** or equivalent is a plus

**Requirements**:

- A **positive, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude**:

- A **valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle**:

- Willingness to **work on standby, after-hours, and travel when required** (including occasional overnight stays and weekends)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
