Requirements and qualifications:

- College diploma-Print Technology or Graphic design with focus on print.
- Minimum 1 year experience is required or equivalent - Digital Print experience.
- Portfolio: Primarily Print related projects/design/setup.
- Computer knowledge: PC
- Software: Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and MS Office products.
- Responsibilities:

- Understand the printing process, artwork, bleed, dockets, time require for each process.
- Understand different types of paper and the process of printing and other office work.
- Organize work flow from writing up dockets to finishing.
- Inspect the quality of job done.
- Cost estimates for each process.
- Deal with customers, orders and issue invoices.
- Operating color laser, black and white copier, fax machine, laminator, general bindery, scanner & cash register.
- Knowledge in Web Design considered an asset

Client relation skills:

- Customer service oriented & ability to liaise with external service providers.
- Experience working under and meeting tight and simultaneous deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to final production.
- Team and goal oriented.
- Must be fluent in English, French considered an asset
