**Regional Sales Manager - Agriculture**

Starting Salary of $70,000.00+ per year (Dependant on Qualifications)

**Essential Functions and Duties**
- Build value added relationships with dealers / customers
- Ability to prospect and follow sales process to maximize all sales opportunities.
- Ability to grow sales revenue for specific assigned region
- Expected to invest in continuous product learning and grow product knowledge
- Establish annual regional sales targets, and strategize with dealer/customers to achieve results
- Participate in monthly sales meeting and provide territory update
- Work closely with the director of Sales & Marketing as well as the Marketing Manager to develop new sales strategies
- Responsible for research of new product & service opportunities.
- Communication regularly with Engineering, Production and Logistics departments to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved
- Expected to maintain quick response times to provide highest level of service
- Complete reports and documents in a timely, accurate and efficient manor
- Attend trade shows, visit dealers / customers
- Maintain Agricultural industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining networks
- Grow knowledge of all competitors and industry changes and challenges
- Other duties as required/requested

**Employment requirements**:

- Agricultural Post Secondary Education or Industry experience required
- Previous experience in a sales role - Agricultural Industry
- Strong Customer Service Skills Required
- ERP experience considered an asset
- Organization Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Team Oriented
- Microsoft 365 experience (Word, Excel)
- Ability to read product drawings
- Ability to travel - USA and Canada
- Must have a valid drivers license
