The **Logistics Coordinator **will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

Salary
- $55,000- $60,000
- A post-secondary degree in business or community college.
- 1-3 years’ experience in logistics or related field.
- Mechanical aptitude would be considered an asset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate competency in managing multiple projects
- Clear understanding and dedication to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work variable hours and days during peak season
- Previous exposure to an agricultural environment is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel
- Create and maintain maintenance schedule for all Trucks and Trailers within the Trucking Division.
- Ensure driver paperwork is complete and meeting standards.
- Receive calls regarding unplanned maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors on appointments and scheduling maintenance appointments.
- Understand and track of critical parts list.
- Utilize maintenance software to track and report out on maintenance.
- Administration of vehicle fleet maintenance records.
- Assist with creating sales orders.
- Assist with dispatching and coordinating loads.
- Compliance tracking and reporting.
