**Company Description**
- Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including loading and unloading trucks and containers with attention to safety and efficiency
- Pick, pack, process, audit, and wrap customer orders within a computerized ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and complete documentation, including Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), maintaining precise record-keeping
- Adhere to and promote continuous improvement initiatives, conforming to departmental and company standards
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and function effectively in a team atmosphere
- Assist other staff as required, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, or inventory discrepancies
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve logistics processes and efficiency
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement new procedures as directed
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

PREFERRED:

- 2+ years shipping/receiving experience
- Familiar with computerized ERP systems
- Licensed to operate Forklift and Overhead Cranes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Computerized ERP, EDI
