Job Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment.
- Generate and update shipping labels and documentation.
- Input data into the warehouse management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements.
- Verify the quality and quantity of items received against shipping documents.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff, as well as other departments.
- Communicate effectively with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Report any safety concerns or violations.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
- Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A valid G driver license will be an asset.
