**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare products order and posting for shipment (including checking packing and labeling).
- Posting/ Issue of the new item code, UPC, SCC, product code, warehouse code & sales code (we will provide training)
- Create and validate product workflow from origin to customer.
- Check-in and unload incoming products.
- Prepare, Order and stock supplies, including maintaining/adjusting the inventory, US shipment and organizing the warehouse.
- Handling purchase return, public warehouse transfer, BU cost update and customers invoice
- Calculate the repack cost
- Work with customers, vendors, and carriers to identify and resolve timing, condition, or other issues.
- Review and verify shipment orders
- Coordinate driver routes and delivery loads
- Track shipments and input data into the company system
- Respond to customer service requests when necessary

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED certificate; associate degree preferred
- 1 year + of experience in logistic clerk/ Admin in asset
- Must be able to multitask and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Friendly and helpful phone demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to speak, read, write and/or understand instructions in English & Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin), as appropriate to the position

Languages: English, Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin speak, read and write) (preferred)
