**About the Role**

We are looking for a **hands-on and execution-driven Assembly Line Supervisor** to lead the build-out of our counter-UAS systems. This is not a desk-only role—you’ll work directly on the line, manage technicians, and help bring prototypes into repeatable production. **Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of hands-on assembly, wiring, soldering, and mechanical integration of system prototypes
- Coordinate with external PCB manufacturers for board-level testing and debugging
- Lead day-to-day shop floor activities, ensuring that prototypes and small-batch builds are completed accurately and on time
- Supervise all cable routing, internal harnessing, connector integration, and electro-mechanical tasks
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, assembly checklists, and quality control records
- Participate in full system testing, physical modifications, and iterative improvements during development
- Implement and champion 6S and safety best practices across the assembly workspace
- Monitor in-process inventory, request required consumables, and ensure material traceability
- Train and support technicians, ensuring consistent execution and pride in hands-on craftsmanship
- Troubleshoot real-time issues and escalate process improvements to engineering and operations leads

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of **hands-on assembly experience** in electronics, with 2+ years in a production or factory setting
- Demonstrated skill in soldering, rework, cabling, and mechanical build tasks
- Experience building systems such as servers, control units, industrial or defense electronics preferred
- Able to operate tools such as soldering irons, hot air rework stations, torque drivers, electric drills, etc.
- Strong sense of quality, safety, and process repeatability
- Familiar with ERP systems and fluent in documenting builds and issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and highly proactive in resolving production floor issues
- Team player with the ability to **lead by doing**, set an example, and support continuous improvement

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Dental care
- Extended health care
- Life insurance
- Paid time off
- Vision care
