Marketing Communications Coordinator

**Marketing Communications Coordinator** to work on key projects for the Canadian market and to provide brand marketing, media relations, event, social media, and content support to the organization. Reporting to the Director, Brand and Communications, you will support external communications and event programs for ADP Canada. You will work with colleagues in the communications team and across functional lines to support strategies and deliver materials that support the needs of the business. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to support market-facing brand, public relations, and social media campaigns as well as the ADP event program. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Support the development and execution of the annual media relations plan, including creation and maintenance of a comprehensive editorial calendar Provide external communications support for product launches Work with our agency partners, support ongoing media and influencer relations, respond to inquiries and track program effectiveness Support the development and execution of external marketing communications programs and campaigns in the Canadian market Support content development and execution Identify opportunities to create and leverage content, news, and other initiatives to generate earned media impressions and/or market awareness Track and report on all external communications deliverables to the project team In close consultation with counterparts in the U.S., evaluate and localize U.S. materials as needed Support the planning and execution of corporate and field events as managed by the events manger Participate as a member of the larger project team in Canada and the U.S. **QUALIFICATIONS**: - Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Media, related field, or equivalent experience - 1-2 years of marketing communications and/or media relations experience in a corporate setting - Demonstrated creativity and ability to support and execute campaigns, media relations programs - Capable of developing clear and compelling content based on buyer personas - Ability to win customers, influence partners and establish credibility with project teams - Proficiency working with data; experience with data-driven marketing. - Excellent writing skills with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view, and create a concise and well-written narrative - Ability to think on your feet and exercise judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes - As part of a cross-functional team, willingness to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues in client marketing and internal communications - B2B experience in technology, payroll/HR services/financial services industries is an asset - Experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges being mindful of the needs of several different audiences - Bilingualism an asset - Keenly focused and able to pay painstaking attention to details and develop projects with colleagues in a wide range of locations and job functions - Experience planning and developing B2B content calendars and libraries - Experience managing and soliciting feedback and input from a variety of stakeholders across varying levels of seniority Please include relevant campaign/writing/work samples with resume.
