**Cannabis Sanitation Technician**
This full-time position is responsible for ensuring cleaning and sanitation of all areas within the cannabis facility, including equipment, as per the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Must be able to understand and adhere to company’s SOPs as required by Health Canada.
- Responsible for completing scheduled sanitation activities of production area, as described in company’s SOP, in a timely fashion
- Maintain common areas, cafeteria, offices and washrooms
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and accessories used in the production of cannabis products
- Accurately document all cleaning and sanitation activities in a timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring the correct cleaning products and dilutions are used
- Must be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment as described by manufacturer’s manual
- Inspect cleanliness of facility and take required corrective actions
- Work with Quality Assurance (QA) and Production staff to ensure sanitation methods and scheduling requirements are respected
- Maintain inventory of all sanitation products and accessories
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are respected and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) are worn
- Continuously seek new ways to improve and increase efficiency by working with Production Team and QA.
- Maintain storage and sanitation areas in a clean and organized manner
- Assist in the reception and storage of materials used in the production of cannabis products
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a High School Diploma
- Able to lift 50 lbs. (22.5 kg)
- Able to work in areas with living cannabis plants
- Bilingual applicants (French/English) preferred, but must be able to communicate, and read labels and documents that are in English.
- Highly self-motivated and attentive to details
- Must be able to work independently or with peers, when required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in food, cannabis, or pharmaceutical industry
- Occasional overtime may be required

**Technicien(ne) de Sanitation**
Ce poste à temps plein est chargé d'assurer le nettoyage et la sanitation de toutes les zones de l'installation de cannabis, y compris l'équipement, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) de l'entreprise.
**Rôles et responsabilités**

Entretenir les aires communes, la cafétéria, les bureaux et les toilettes
Responsable du nettoyage et de l'assainissement de tout l'équipement et des accessoires utilisés dans la production de produits du cannabis
Documenter avec précision toutes les activités de nettoyage et d'assainissement en temps opportun
Responsable de s'assurer que les bons produits de nettoyage et dilutions sont utilisés
Doit être en mesure de démonter et de réassembler l'équipement tel que décrit dans le manuel du fabricant.
Inspecter la propreté de l'installation et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires.
Travailler avec le personnel de l'assurance de la qualité (AQ) et de la production pour s'assurer que les méthodes d'assainissement et les exigences en matière d'horaire sont respectées.
Tenir à jour l'inventaire de tous les produits et accessoires d'assainissement
S'assurer que toutes les directives en matière de santé et de sécurité sont respectées et que l'équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) approprié est porté
Rechercher continuellement de nouvelles façons d'améliorer et d'augmenter l'efficacité en travaillant avec l'équipe de production et l'assurance qualité.
Entretenir les aires d'entreposage et d'assainissement de manière propre et organisée
Aider à la réception et à l'entreposage des matériaux utilisés dans la production de produits du cannabis

**Exigences**
Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires
Capable de soulever 50 lb (22,5 kg)
Capable de travailler dans des zones avec des plants de cannabis vivants
Très motivé et attentif aux détails
Doit être capable de travailler de manière autonome ou avec des pairs, au besoin
Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
Haut niveau d'intégrité et d'éthique de travail
1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans l'industrie alimentaire, du cannabis ou pharmaceutique
Des heures supplémentaires occasionnelles peuvent être nécessaires
