**What You'll Do**:
As an **RV Sales Consultant**, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service while making life-changing memories for our customers by:

- **Selling Adventure**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect RV to fit their lifestyle.
- **Master Product Knowledge**: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest RV models, features, and innovations, offering expert advice to customers.
- **Customer Experience**: Guide customers through their RV journey, providing exceptional service and helping them choose the right RV for their next adventure.
- **Drive Sales**: Achieve and exceed sales goals while introducing additional products and services to enhance the RV experience.
- **Build Relationships**: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring a smooth purchase process.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Sales Experience**:Whether it’s in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate, experience is a plus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
- **Exceptional Communication**:You’re a natural communicator, able to connect with a variety of customers and deliver top-tier service.
- ** Sales-Driven**:You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales goals, working independently to close deals.
- ** Team Player**:You collaborate easily and support your team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate is a plus
- Valid Sales License (VSA/AMVIC )or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities
