As the **Account Manager for ONXY Industrial Inc, **you will be responsible for growing revenue in the company through increased sales and acquiring new customers. In addition, managing client accounts by on-going and timely engagement and exceptional customer service. This role is for someone who is a strategic thinker and plays a key role in developing and executing partnerships and relationships that contribute to the business.

This role will report directly to the Vice President, ONXY.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support and grow our existing accounts
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and identify areas for growth in both new & existing accounts
- Identify areas to increase profitability and reduce costs
- Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Develops account & market strategies for assigned area
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Manage client relationships through a CRM solution
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Report KPIs such as; proposal submissions, dollar values, wins and losses

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Healthcare Administration or Business (sales & marketing)
- 4 years in EMS, Healthcare, Paramedics and Ambulatory services
- Minimum 4 years sales/account management experience
- Strong understanding of Emergency Medical Services in Alberta region
- Strong knowledge of ACP (Advanced Care Paramedic) and PCP (Primary Care Paramedic) requirements
- Knowledge of protocols and responses
- Energetic and creative thinker
- Strong accounting and finance skills
- Strong people leader and relationship builder
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Available for Travel to meet customers 10-15%
