**Job Overview**
- Travel the prospective territory managing customer accounts and prospecting new business with the primary goal of managing their fleet by assisting in the buying and selling of used trucks, trailers, and machinery in Alberta
- This role offers significant growth potential as we continue to expand our active customer base in the region.
- Potential to supply our service to multiple businesses in the construction, transportation, logging, forestry, mining, oilfield, and environmental waste industries.

**Requirements**:
- 5 + years of sales experience, or 2 years of selling experience + a degree in business, finance, marketing OR Journeyman certificate in a related industry.
- A minimum of 3 years total experience with, or related to, heavy truck, trailer, or machinery is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Ability to set and keep priorities and professionally handle the stress associated with dealing with a fast-paced industry and time frames is a must.
- Enthusiastic, self-starter and hard worker who is committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to complete work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office, Google drive, and other proprietary software is required.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Completion of the CPPAG (Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group) within 1 year of employment in order to provide a FMV (Fair market value) assessment to customers.
**Your responsibilities will include, and are not limited to**:
- Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the vision, mission, & values of WeConsign Equip.
- Develop action plans to increase customer satisfaction that will close the gaps and measure performance as the means to seek continuous improvement in the work process.
- Strong and consistent field engagement through sales coverage planning and account development, in collaboration with the sales and administration team to identify and follow up on potential leads and consignments of sales.
- Gather detailed photos, videos, specifications and previous history on the trucks, trailers and machinery; listing them for sale right from our customer’s locations through our CRM and website.
- Regular travel will be mandatory within respective territories, engaging in our growing customer base, and educating about WeConsign Equip and our consignment services.
- Complete sales by working collaboratively with the customer and the WeConsign Equip team from the point a buyer makes an offer to the point of delivery along with a follow up post-delivery.
**Work Structure**
- Hybrid/remote work environment with regular travel
- Company laptop and phone will be provided
- Administrative team available to manage all sale documents and sale funds.
- Marketing team available to advertise listings throughout Canada and the US.
- Attendance of weekly sales meetings is mandatory.

**Compensation**
- Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure OTE: $110,000 - $185,000 +
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed and car allowance available.
