Benson Group is currently seeking an energetic, outgoing and passionate individual to join our team as a Payroll Coordinator. We are a family-owned and operated Company that continually strives to provide the best possible customer service which is only made possible by our amazing Team Members.

Our Cornwall, ON distribution centre supplies automotive parts and accessories to stores across Ontario and Quebec. The Payroll Coordinator is critical in supporting these essential businesses as they administer payroll and benefits for our employees while ensuring compliance with Company policies as well as applicable legislation.
- Previous experience in payroll is an asset, but not required if you demonstrate you are willing to become certified with the Canadian Payroll Association. We will provide extensive training to the successful applicant and facilitate their CPA certification (if applicable)._
- Willing to become certified with the Canadian Payroll Association (**required**)
- Demonstrated computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Willingness to learn new programs, skills and gain new knowledge
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to accurately work with large amounts of data
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent office procedure skills
- Confidence and aptitude to work unsupervised and independently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior office administration experience (an asset)
- Bilingualism in both English and French (an asset)

**Additional Wage Details**:
$16.50/hour after completing the 1st level of CPA certification

$18.00/hour after completing the 2nd level of CPA certification

$20.00/hour after completing the 3rd level of CPA certification
