We are looking for Data Performance Lead a who will play a critical part in supporting Element’s profitable growth through the timely completion of high-quality credit underwriting and portfolio management duties.

As a Data Performance Lead you ensure the organization has the data and insights it needs to make smart decisions and drive continuous improvements. The ultimate objective of the job is to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions that provide high-quality insights and recommendations to enable informed decision-making and help the organization achieve its business goals. The position holder is accountable for delivering measurable results, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that data-related processes are aligned with the organization's overall strategy.

A Day in the Life- Develop, implement, and maintain data analytics and performance monitoring strategies to support business goals.- Understand data trends; and partner with team members to determine root cause of any concerns to maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency.- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends and generate insights to drive business decisions.- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define data requirements and develop appropriate reporting tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.- Work with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs, set targets, and develop action plans to achieve KPI targets.- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track operational KPIs and measure progress against operational performance objectives.- Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and storage processes and implement best practices to improve data quality and efficiency.- Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex operational data results to executive management.- Create presentations to effectively articulate operational data results for upper-level management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study.- 3+ years of experience in a data-driven environment, preferably in ecommerce and/or at a startup.- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data-related information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ideally, would have demonstrated working experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for executives- Experience in tracking and managing operational KPIs.- In-depth knowledge of data quality control processes, data governance, and security.- Some level of experience/exposure with programming languages e.g. Python, R, SQL, Power Query, DAX. Ability to run SQL queries is a must.- Experience with data performance project management - ability to collaborate with business partners to deliver on identified strategies.
