**Role overview**

We are looking to recruit an SAP Data Migration Deployment Manager to join our SAP Consulting practice and lead a large-scale, global SAP migration project. The individual should have experience of working as a Project Manager with large-scale SAP transformation projects and will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project.

Our client is currently engaged in a comprehensive global transformation program that entails the replacement of their legacy ERP portfolio with SAP S/4 HANA. This is a multiyear program, and NTT DATA Services is responsible for the Data Workstream. In order to help our customer achieve the strategic objectives, NTT DATA Services has implemented the use of an innovative Factory Model Concept designed to accelerate the data conversion process across multiple yearly deployments around the world.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project including definition, planning, execution, governance & control, resource and change management.
- Drives all aspects of IT Project, activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.
- Provides regular status reports to the data migration leadership team, including Customer business stakeholders as and when needed.
- Manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary
- Ensures consistency and adherence to NTT and customer standards, processes, and policies for all projects.
- Works in collaboration with NTT DATA Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the project is adequately staffed to support the migration plan.
- Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
- Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members.

**Key Skills**
- 10+ Years of overall SAP experience (SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, Data Migration) with at least 5+ years of project manager experience
- Have delivered at least 1-2 SAP Data Migration projects in SAP S4 HANA
- Proven experience of managing large end-to-end projects of SAP implementation and data migration projects, Managing large scale transformation ERP implementation and business change projects.
- Experience of leading and managing teams
- Proven track record of working with diverse, cross-functional teams that are located both within the local region and in offshore locations.
- Extensive experience in Management of Global change projects for large scale organizations
- Extensive experience in Data Migration, specifically for S4/HANA
- Knowledge of SAP Data Migration strategies and tools, i.e., BODS, Syniti, Information Steward, LTMC, LSMW etc.
- Knowledge of SAP ADM (Advanced Data Migration) solutions is a plus
- Experience with S/4HANA
- Experience with AGILE methodology
- AGILE SAFe methodology preferred
- Experience with use of AGILE tools like Jira
- Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2, PMP or equivalent.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, Finance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

**Desirable Skills**
- Prior experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry
- Familiar with SAP SolMan
