**Job Description**:
Thomson Roof Treatment Roof Maintenance and Preservation

We are a family operated roof cleaning business that has been removing moss from roofs in Victoria, BC for over 35 years. If you are looking for hard physical work in a stress-free environment, are comfortable with heights and can move quickly doing repetitive tasks 5 days a week then read on Use of company vehicle, gas card provided and tablet to view schedule. Responsibilities of the job:

- Setting up and taking down ladders
- Repetitive manual labour often in a stooped position
- Comfortable walking on residential and commercial roofs
- General debris clean up
- Operation of leaf blowers, use of hand tools

Desired abilities:

- Heavy manual lifting
- Ability to work unsupervised and take direction
- Excellent eye for detailed clean-up at the job site
- Friendly demeanour to customers
- Use of roof harness, follows WorkSafe standards (will train)

*This job is full time and is not appropriate for people with a prior physical injury that may be aggravated by job conditions.

Location: Victoria BC - Only local applicants will be considered

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour and/or based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
