**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform exterior washing of buildings, including **siding, windows, gutters, and roofs**, using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage.
- Conduct roof cleaning to remove debris, moss, or algae while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as caulking and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with hand tools is essential; familiarity with construction techniques is an asset.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps or joints is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
