**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible drinking.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills is essential for this role.
