**Duties**
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Support the development of staff schedules to optimize service during peak hours.
- Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

**Skills**
- Strong background in bartending and food handling practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management principles.
- Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards within both restaurant and hotel settings.
- Proficient in food service operations, including cooking techniques as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
