L’opportunité:
Le stagiaire sera chargé d'étudier et de mettre en œuvre des processus d'automatisation dans le service d'assistance, qui simplifieront la gestion et les tâches quotidiennes. Il devra également étudier les outils IA émergents qui peuvent automatiser le processus d'assistance.
Pour le centre opérationnel, le stagiaire devra étudier les outils existants qui peuvent gérer les alertes par courrier électronique que nous avons, et toute autre technologie émergente liée aux processus d'IA.

**Le rôle**
- Apprendre et déployer des formulaires simples dans l'outil Microsoft Power Automate pour automatiser les processus quotidiens du service d'assistance.
- Recherche de technologies IA émergentes susceptibles d'automatiser le processus d'assistance du service d'assistance.
- Mise en œuvre d'un logiciel de gestion des courriels sur le centre opérationnel (NOC).

**Les prérequis**

Formation:

- Vous poursuivez actuellement des études ou avez récemment obtenu un diplôme en informatique, en technologie de l'information, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

Compétences/expérience:

- Travaux de cours, projets et expérience pertinents dans le domaine d'intérêt, OU expérience pertinente en matière de leadership ou de participation à la vie de la communauté.
- Ce poste exige la maîtrise d'une langue autre que le français pour soutenir les client.e.s, les employé.e.s ou les marchés situés à l'extérieur de la province de Québec ou nécessitant des services dans une langue autre que le français - principalement l'anglais.
