**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing financial records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing or account management.
- Proofread financial documents to ensure clarity and correctness before submission.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication with team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Support the finance team with QuickBooks for invoicing, tracking expenses, and generating reports.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative support functions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.

Pay: $26.87-$28.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
