**Summary**
One Health Clubs is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Club Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about health and fitness.
**Responsibilities**
- Process administrative tasks including membership cancellations, freezes, and refunds
- Collect and enter data for internal reporting and meetings
- Manage data-entry and communication within our CRM systems
- Maintain confidentiality of member and business information
- Communicate across departments to ensure smooth operations
**Requirements**:
- What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (health club experience a bonus)
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & CRM systems
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and protocol-oriented
