**Your Role as Used Car Manager**:

- ** Sales Performance**: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize used vehicle sales, gross profit, and customer retention.**:

- ** Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal inventory levels and pricing strategies to meet market demands and profitability goals.**:

- ** Merchandising**: Ensure vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and create impactful promotional campaigns.**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Inspire, mentor, and support the Used Car Sales team to exceed performance targets.**:

- ** Customer Relations**: Foster lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.**:

- ** Collaboration**: Work hand-in-hand with other department managers to align dealership-wide objectives.**:

- ** Strategic Planning**: Assist the General Manager in planning advertising, sales promotions, and operational strategies for the Used Vehicle Department.**:
