**General Manager Designate**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Role modelling hospitality to guests and team members
- Communicating with guests to ensure exceptional satisfaction
- Implementing initiatives to increase sales and profit
- Assisting in the hiring process and training for multiple positions
- Developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors
- Overseeing front-of-house leader areas for success
- Handling GM duties in their absence

**Key Requirements**
- 3+ years Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Proven leadership skills and desire to motivate others
- Energetic, positive, patient, and excellent communication skills
- Drive for continuous improvement and embracing diversity
- Experience in leadership development is an asset
