We’re recruiting a **Line Cook** to join our Food & Beverage team

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and food safety standards.
- Ensure food handling and sanitation practices meet high-quality standards.
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation to maintain excellence.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient food service and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
- Provide exceptional service when serving food to guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to complete occasional moderate physical tasks.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement

**Hours of Work**
- This position requires flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the Food & Beverage team.
- Hours vary by season, with 20-30 hours per week anticipated until May 1st, transitioning to full-time hours during the peak season

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
