We are currently seeking **Labourers**:to join our Production team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labour to assist tire shredding process.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Other general labour duties as required.

**Core Competencies**:

- Quick to learn with the ability to follow instructions and seek clarity.
- Proven verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be safety conscious
- Ability to work as a member of a team or with limited supervision.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle a physically demanding environment.
- Confident, resourceful, and highly motivated.
- Possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

**Education/Experience**:

- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing/Production setting is considered a strong asset

Temporary position with the possibility of extension.
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-6:30pm
