**Responsibilities**
Leadership & Management
- Establish best practices, standards, roles, and processes for the Partnership Solutions Team while ensuring processes are documented, trained, and followed by all
- Support the growth of team members and the organization through cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and support
Product Execution & Development
- Manage the systemization of product delivery encompassing the client experience, communication, feedback, and reporting
- Build and design solutions in accordance with company and client objectives while achieving the desired Cost of Good Sold
Partner Account Management and Liaison
- Serve as they key contact for partner vendors ensuring alignment on needs, execution, and feedback.
- Oversee the development of reporting and marketing collateral to support client-side execution of the program.
- Collaborates with internal sales management stakeholders to grow the account over time and meet program objectives
P&L Management of Partner Programs
- Management of the program Profit & Loss statement with support from the Finance team. Management of the P&L includes, at a high level, tracking of incoming programs and associated costs to implement them along with associated conversion
Conversion of Clients to Subscription Services (Recurring Revenue)
- Accountable to established goals for client conversion to becoming recurring revenue clients for POD Marketing.
- Develops strategies to manage clients through the program in order to show the value of the program, leading to retention
Travel & speaking engagements
- Up to 20% travel to industry trade shows, client meetings, or speaking engagements related to partnership solutions for the account. Events TBD.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, management, and previous experience in an agency setting
- Track record of success evidenced by sales success and/or promotions and greater responsibility
- A background in account management of creative-based solutions
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills both with clients and with internal team members
- An analytical approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- The build and deployment of processes resulting in efficiency or product improvement
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
