About This Role The Manager, Client Partnerships is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving business development, overseeing client engagement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong business acumen and consultative abilities, along with the confidence to partner with and advise senior executives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow new client relationships across target geographic areas and industries. Lead discovery meetings and pitch presentations, articulating the firm’s value proposition and custom solutions to executive audiences. Own the client onboarding process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and scope alignment. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and delivery of high-quality service throughout the engagement lifecycle. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and advisory mandates. Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and networking forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership. About The Candidate Polished and commercially savvy professional with 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services. Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial (these are ‘must‑have’ skillsets for success in this role). Proven track record in business development or revenue‑generating roles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives. Strong understanding of business and organizational dynamics, and a genuine passion for client success. Strong project and client management skills, with high attention to detail and follow‑through. Terms This position is structured as an Independent Contractor, and not an employee. The successful candidate’s compensation will be based on a full‑commission model and offers an above‑market revenue sharing structure, great work/life flexibility, a solid opportunity to build your own practice, and long‑term incentives.
