**Overview**
**Duties**
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products and services to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and customer feedback.
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering calls related to store inquiries or customer concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Technical sales experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to sell products effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is desirable for improved customer interaction.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
