Assistant Manager for Luxury Linens and Home Decor

We are looking to add to our friendly, professional team at Fino Lino
Position: Long-term full-time assistant manager.
Hours: Tuesdays-Fridays 10am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-5.30pm.
Start date: ASAP
Who we are: A luxury home decor store and furniture showroom specializing in exquisite Italian linens; catering to individuals, decorators and Interior Design firms. We strive to create a harmonious environment that nourishes both our clients and team members, and place a strong emphasis on training and mentorship. We are deeply committed to creating a safe and welcoming workplace for all our staff and celebrate diversity in identities and backgrounds.
Who we are looking for: A dynamic, conscientious individual to provide excellent customer service to our discerning clientele and take a lead in our marketing and social media programs. Experience with Shopify would be an asset. An interest in learning, a good sense of colour and selling skills are essential, as is the ability to participate in other jobs as needed, such as merchandising, cleaning and ironing.
What we offer: participation in monthly team bonus program after 3 months, 3 weeks vacation, product incentive programs and a generous staff discount.
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
