**Servers & Counter Help - Full Dine-In Service**
We’ve just launched **full dine-in service** and are looking for friendly, professional team members to join us

**Servers: Must be Smart Serve Certified with minimum 3 years experience. Experience in Italian Cuisine a benefit.**

- Outstanding customer service skills

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in food preparation and handling within the food industry.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
