**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We’re looking for an energetic person with superior analytical abilities, great attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our growing team as a Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Design and implement measurement framework that involves digital analytics tracking, tagging, and assist development teams in implementation
- Define the structure of data layers needed to create custom events for tagging and tracking purpose
- Collaborate with developers and analytics teams in building measurement solutions for client digital assets
- Design and develop dashboards using Google Data Studio and Adobe Analytics
- Be the point of contact internally for all inquiries relating to a clients’ properties
- Make recommendations and help implement process improvements with the ultimate goals of driving client results
- Provide technical expertise on the development, analysis and interpretation of marketing data and reports
- Develop new data visualizations that help lay people understand the insights in the data
- Develop new tagging strategies to meet client needs
- Analyze ‘offline’ data in isolation or in conjunction with data obtained from digital sources
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Must Have**
- University degree in business, finance, economics, statistics/math or computer science
- Strong, fundamental understanding of web analytics principles
- Deep experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (both is preferred)
- Expertise in Google Analytics (UA & GA4) implementation using Google Tag Manager
- Experience in data visualization platforms like Google Data Studio and Power BI
- Advanced MS Office capabilities, most importantly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with tracking on mobile platforms: Adobe Mobile Services or Google Firebase (both preferred)
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills, including the ability to quantify and analyze customer data
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; particularly in the area of presenting complex technical concepts to colleagues and clients
- Able to manage your workload across a number of tasks and projects to help the team execute campaigns flawlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, a bias for action and strong customer service
