**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to our technical team when necessary
- Writing and improving knowledgebase documents
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve our customer service and support processes
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing feedback to our product and development teams based on customer needs and pain points
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in web hosting and customer support

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of the Internet and website concepts
- Familiarity with web hosting concepts and terminology is a plus, but not required
- Prior customer service or support experience is preferred, but not required

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
