Service Manager - EvoLab Inc.

EvoLab Inc., Canada’s first luxury auto cosmetic boutique, is hiring a Service Manager to oversee detailing operations, quality control, and client satisfaction. This role requires a leader who values precision, accountability, and excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle leaving EvoLab meets the highest luxury standards while managing, mentoring, and training a team of skilled detailers.

From advanced paint correction and ceramic coatings to vinyl wraps, tinting, and dealership-focused mobile solutions, our mission is to deliver unmatched quality and service. We are growing fast and need a Service Manager who can uphold and scale the standards that set us apart.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily operations of the detailing team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Perform quality inspections on every vehicle to maintain EvoLab’s luxury standards.
- Train and develop detailers on advanced techniques, efficiency, and proper product use.
- Oversee chemical and tool inventory, ensuring accurate usage tracking and cost control.
- Enforce EvoLab’s SOPs and create accountability within the service team.
- Manage client feedback, resolve issues professionally, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to balance speed, quality, and output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in automotive detailing or service management.
- Deep knowledge of detailing processes, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to train and elevate a team to perform at consistently high standards.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail with uncompromising quality standards.
- Adaptability to thrive in a high-performance startup environment.

Compensation
- Starting pay of $23/hour for the first 3 months (training period).
- Increase to $28/hour + performance bonuses after successful training and proven familiarity with the position.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pickering, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automotive Management: 6 years (preferred)
