- What you'll do:
- Provide administrative services to Surety Department to ensure efficient and accurate reporting and recording of surety bonds through data entry and including coding new business, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and reinstatements-
- Provide backup administrative services within the department.-
- Assist underwriting by providing functional support and service to internal and external customers.Process, coordinate and/or validate data and documents to ensure quality. Capability to participate on special projects as requested, and perform additional assignments as instructed by manager.- What you'll bring:
- Prior Surety underwriting/administrative support experience would be an asset.-
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize your own workflow and complete duties in a high-volume work environment producing accurate work to support business objectives.-
- An ability to be a quick learner who demonstrates an open attitude when facing new problems, processes, or procedures.-
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels, internally and externally.-
- Attention to detail is essential.-
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.-
- Ability to work effectively in a complementary team environment, as well as independently.-
- Strong PC skills, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook- What you’ll get
