**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions using property management software such as Yardi.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients and vendors professionally.
- Support administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing lease agreements.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is essential.
- Familiarity with property management practices is preferred.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
