**General Description**

As a member of Shamir Canada's management team, the Quality Manager is the professional source leading and controlling quality processes, with a goal for constant improvement and full collaboration with entire site’s departments.

**Responsibilities**

1. Co-ordinating ISO certification under leadership of headquarter specialists including preparation of quality related documentation - write, maintain, implement & control routinely

2. Setting standards for process control, collaborate in the establishment of quality and operational KPIs - Active contribution towards the site overall goals

3. Identifying quality issues in production, setting mechanisms for monitoring and improvement

4. Engagement in process and product changes

5. Responsible for maintaining customer service common goals in all related to customer claims, warranties & returns analysis.

6. Producing site level CAPAs in case of need

7. Monitoring and measuring equipment management

**Job Requirements**
- Formal education: Practical engineer / engineer in relevant field (e.g. industrial)
- Excellent English (speaking, writing and reading)
- Proven experience in Quality management / leadership
- Experience in process control & statistical sampling plans
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge on Medical Device Regulations, relevant ISO / ANSI / FDA / MIL corresponding standards - an advantage
