Mati Crudo + Charcoal is seeking a highly-skilled, professional Bar Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of organization and organizational skills. The Bar Manager will oversee operations of the entire bar area and team, as well as work behind the bar and help to create and develop our Cocktail Menu.

**Responsibilities**:

- Have knowledge of wine, beer, and spirit characteristics.
- Manage cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas.
- Provide exception service and hospitality to our guests.
- Develop and evolve our Cocktail Menu
- Hire, onboard and train new staff.
- Lead the bar team to ensure proper set up and closing of the bar, manage performance, and ensure recipes are being prepared and served to our standards.
- Work a minimum of 3 shifts behind the bar every week.
- Keeps bar area clean and organized.
- Adhere to policies set by company.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
