**Your role and responsibilities**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in process improvement and quality management. The intern will collaborate with the Quality & Continuous Improvement team to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements across the organization. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Business in Canada - Support various Continuous Improvement projects, focusing the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to build and document business processes; Review, improve, update and standardize processes, procedures and work instructions as necessary. - Conduct Problem Solving workshops and activities, providing training and ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure they understand processes and work instructions. - Assist in developing continuous improvement tools and actively promote continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and digital process automation is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
