**Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement Manager**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
- To elicit requirements and drive process change using stakeholder interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
- Lead the business through strategy and deployment of digital analytics platforms across digital properties including mobile web & apps.
- To elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
- Conduct process improvement activities across the business using Six Sigma & Lean methodologies.
- Responsible of the integrity and compliance of the master data within our systems.
- Lead a team with tight deadlines and with a high standard quality of work.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management.
- Three to five years of experience in process optimization and/or operations.
- Demonstrated experience with Six Sigma & Lean methodology.
- Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred.
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Confidence in the ability to lead organizational change.
- Must be able to work in teams & independently.
- Must be able to communicate in French & English.
- SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Ability to travel, up to 20%.
