Stance Healthcare has an immediate opening for a CNC Machine Operator at our Stratford facility on a straight day shift.

**Position Summary**:
The CNC Machine Operator is an integral member of the Stance Healthcare Production team. The position requires a high degree of adaptability in order to keep up with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner with all other team members.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing scheduled job orders and priority lists
- Picking required materials for each order, using a forklift and/or manual material handling equipment
- Preparing and loading materials onto flat CNC bed
- Setting up and managing the machine to execute various tasks, making adjustments as necessary
- Overseeing the CNC machine during operation to ensure accuracy
- Trimming nested parts and organizing components out of the nested sheet
- Assembling components as needed
- Operating table saw and table router as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Performing pre-use checks and preventative maintenance as scheduled
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 1 year experience operating a CNC machine
- Demonstrated mechanical capabilities/aptitude; experience using various hand tools/air tools/power tools, etc.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- A positive attitude & desire to learn
- Commitment to personal safety and safety of coworkers
