Pro Energy is currently searching for a driven, self-motivated and passionate **Outside Sales Representative.**

The **Outside Sales Representative** will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting our generator rental, sales, and service offerings. This role requires a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.

We specialize in generator rentals, sales, and full-service maintenance, serving a diverse range of industries including construction, commercial, industrial, and emergency response sectors. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manages and reports sales activities and opportunities in the CRM
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
- Analyzes and keeps up to date on changing market conditions, customer requirements and competitive trends.

**Requirements**:

- A valid Journeyman Electrician ticket is required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Willingness and availability to travel to different locations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment or independently as required
- Strong work ethic, a desire to succeed and willingness to take initiative
