**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, warmly welcoming them to the property and promoting repeat stays.
- Ensure guests are aware of facilities on site and provide information on any property updates or activities in place during their stay.
- Accommodate special request whenever possible, working closely with the Bell Team to ensure actions are prompt and complete.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of room pricing and packages, room locations and types of room.
- Make hotel reservations for guests including coordinating meals and spa treatments.
- Assist Bell staff with luggage when required.
- Perform office duties such as routine cash handling procedures, posting accounts, maintaining keys for rooms.
- Suggest additional products and services meeting our guests’ specific preferences
