Guest Service Agents at the Elora Mill Hotel & Spa are dedicated to assisting guests in many ways; warmly greet guests upon arrival, taking them thorough check-ins and check-outs, making reservations for our rooms, spa, restaurant and other activities, as well as providing information and completing other related duties. We provide our service in a prompt, courteous and professional manner consistent with a luxury hotel operation and seek to provide an experience that surpasses our guest’s expectations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Providing personalized and exceptional guest services at every opportunity.
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out, warmly welcoming them to the property and promoting repeat stays.
- Ensuring guests are aware of facilities on site and provide information on any property updates or activities in place during their stay.
- Accommodating special request whenever possible, working closely with the Bell Team to ensure actions are prompt and complete.
- Taking detailed reservations by phone, for the hotel, the spa, restaurant and other special events, when necessary.
- Developing a thorough knowledge of room pricing and packages, room locations and types of room.
- Making hotel reservations for guests including coordinating meals and spa treatments.
- Assisting Bell staff with luggage and other duties if required.
- Performing office duties such as routine cash handling procedures, posting accounts, maintaining keys for rooms.
- Suggesting additional products and services meeting our guests’ specific preferences.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
