**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Washing dishes and maintain cleanliness of dish area
- Communicate with both the BOH and FOH teams
- Maintaining the organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and dishes
- Organizing composting and recycling
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order and well maintained
- Under guidance; handling, restocking and storing food products in accordance to company policy and standards

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication
